Superb communication and awesome service from the team!

I'm still waiting on my order, sent emails and messages. It's been three weeks with no response, and by the time I get them, the baby will have outgrown them... if they even show up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU MIGHT NEVER GET YOUR ORDER AND THEY'LL DODGE ALL COMMUNICATION! I placed an order on January 28th, and after two weeks, it was still showing as pending. I forked out £5.99 for speedy delivery, but I’m still waiting for my order or even a heads-up that it’s been sent out. I’ve reached out multiple times to inquire about my order and to request a refund, but every single time, I’ve been ignored. Overall, I’d say their service is a complete joke, and I wouldn’t throw your money at them.

I had a great experience with customer support when the boots I got for my granddaughter were the wrong ones. Katie really went the extra mile to handle my issue and set up a complete refund. I’ll surely be ordering again from the wonderful Katie and Itty Bitty Boutique.

I gotta say, the service here is just fantastic! Any queries I had were promptly addressed via email, and they did it all in a super professional way. Plus, the product showed up the very next day. Well done, folks!

I'm resending this because I forgot to hit ‘submit’. This Paddington bear is beautifully made, soft, and huggable, complete with quality clothing and a nicely illustrated book. It's sure to become a cherished toy.

Fantastic support from the team! I placed my order for a Christmas night dress on December 10th, hoping it would get here by Christmas Eve. With all the Royal Mail strikes going on, I wasn't too optimistic about it arriving on time. But then Katie reached out to me, saying she’d send my order out on the 16th with next day delivery because of the strikes on the 14th and 15th. I ended up getting my package either on the 17th or the 19th with special next day delivery. My daughter was over the moon to have her new night dress for Christmas Eve! Huge thanks to you, Katie!

I still haven't gotten my order, and I've sent four different emails without a single reply. The customer service is just appalling. They really don’t deserve any business at all. I had ordered something for Christmas, but now I’ve had to buy a replacement since it never showed up. I’m definitely going to pursue a refund. It’s outrageous to take people's hard-earned cash, especially in these tough times. Honestly, I’m shocked. They don’t even merit the one star I gave them.

Let me make it clear, my one-star rating was due to the awful customer service, not the Royal Mail strikes. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a tracking number (and I’ve got proof), so why wouldn’t I follow up if I didn’t get it? I also filled out a contact form on their site and submitted a refund request through the website too. None of those got any response. It’s funny how the only reply I get is after I leave a negative review, and it’s a pretty snarky one at that. This just backs up my one-star rating for their terrible customer service.

I’ve now received an email from customer service asking me to remove my review since it doesn’t represent their business. It’s honestly quite funny and unprofessional! But the truth is, their website claims that certain products will arrive within a specific timeframe. One of my orders went beyond that, and I still haven’t received anything. Then, just yesterday, after I initiated a dispute with my bank, they finally refunded my money. (This just shows my items weren’t even shipped from their warehouse!) Seriously, don’t take the chance with this place. Go with other reputable companies instead.

I’ve been trying to get a response to my emails regarding my order, which I placed more than a month back. The customer service is really lacking. I ordered on September 11th and still haven’t received anything.
